Anthony Look charged over alleged stabbing of neighbour at Dalby

A man has spent his 70th birthday locked up after allegedly stabbing his neighbour at a Dalby unit block. It comes as more details emerge about the shock arrest.

Dalby’s Anthony Look will spend his 70th birthday on remand after he was refused bail over an alleged stabbing on Thursday morning.

Mr Look was arrested after allegedly knifing his 46-year-old neighbour in the Pratten Street unit complex where they both lived.

Police allege Mr Look stabbed his neighbour in the upper body shortly after midnight following an altercation.

The neighbour was transported to Dalby Hospital in a stable condition with non-life-threatening injuries.

It’s understood Mr Look allegedly told police the neighbour stabbed himself.

According to another neighbour, the wounded man had only moved into the complex earlier this year.
