A woman, 21, was allegedly punched and robbed on a morning walk along a Dalby street in a shocking daylight attack.
Senior Sergeant Terry McCullough said two women pulled up in a car beside the alleged victim, who was walking on Condamine Street at 10am.
It will be alleged the driver, 23, stayed in the car while the other woman, 21, got out and punched the alleged victim in the face before taking off with her handbag.
Police say the handbag contained only a few personal belongings and was dumped at the end of the street.
The 23-year-old was charged with five unrelated vehicle offences, including evading police, contravening a direction and driving without a licence, uninsured and unregistered.
She will face Dalby Magistrates Court on September 27.
Police are expected to speak to the 21-year-old shortly.
In a separate incident, a solar farm just outside of Dalby was broken into by two people, who after stealing one item came back an hour later to steal more.
Between 2am and 3am Wednesday morning, CCTV caught two people breaking into the back of a solar farm on Blaxland South Road.
Senior Sergeant Terry McCullough said after the pair stole a small piece of cable, they left and came back an hour later for two more rounds of cable.
Investigations are ongoing.
