CRIME WRAP: Man returned to custody, allegedly found with bong
DALBY police apprehended a man on a return to prison warrant, while they fined a man after an alleged verbal altercation on the street.

IN ONLY a matter of days, Dalby police were called to several incidences of crime throughout the district.
Wilful damage
Between 6pm December 6, and 8am December 7, unknown offenders smashed the car window of a Holden sedan along Condamine St.
Investigations are continuing, with police asking the community to contact them if they have information.
Public nuisance
Police were called to an verbal altercation along Orpen St about 10pm on December 8.
A 31-year-old Woody Point man was given a $133 fine for public nuisance.
Unlicensed driving
About 6.10pm on December 9, a 23-year-old Dalby woman was intercepted by police for a licence check.
Police discovered the woman’s licence had been expired for less than 28 days.
She was given an on the spot fine of $204.
Return to prison warrant
A 23-year-old Dalby man has returned to custody and been charged with possessing utensils following his arrest by police.
The man was arrested about 9.10pm on December 9 on a return to prison warrant, when police allegedly located a water pipe, and scissors used in the connection of smoking dangerous drugs.
He will be facing Dalby Magistrates Court at a later date in 2021.
