What do you think the greatest invention has been?

GPS steering on tractors for farmers who live on highways. The planting rows are always dead straight.

Do you have any lucky items, objects or traditions?

No.

Is there anything you wished would come back into fashion?

Manners and punctuality. I would like to get rid of the STABO (subject to a better offer) thinking of today.

What three things do you think of most each day?

Weather, weather and weather.

What's been the best decision you've made in your life so far?

Of course to marry my wife. She will read this column.

If you could replace one body part with a super bionic replacement what body part and what features would the new bionic replacement have?

I have hearing aids and glasses so those would be first to be replaced. The feature would be longer lasting batteries.

What was your first car (or what would you like it to be)?

A white mini panel van, still have a photo

What do you consider is the most important appliance in a house?

Our new robot vacuum cleaner called Vonnie

What historical period would you like to live in if you could go back in time?

The '60s, it was a simpler time without the distractions of today.
