TWO busy Dalby streets are about to be cut off from the Warrego Highway as the Department of Main Roads and Transport continue their plans to upgrade intersections in the town.

From Monday, January 15, access from the Warrego Highway into Cunningham Street (north) and Orpen Street (north) will be closed down.

This traffic change is to enable construction of the northern section of the new highway pavement and will be in place for a period of four weeks, subject to weather conditions.

Access for residents and businesses in the area will be maintained with some detours in place.

Please look for roadside signage via message boards and directional arrows during this time.

DMR would like to thank Dalby residents for their patience and understanding during these important works and apologise for any inconvenience they may cause.

If you have any questions about these works, please phone the FKG McIlwain Joint Venture community liaison team on 0459864343 or email community@ dalbyeastwest.com.
