SNOWMEN, reindeer, elves and more were on the hunt around Dalby on Saturday, December 8 to complete the Physical Fix scavenger hunt.

The event closed out the year for Physical Fix but it wasn't all about fitness.

Participants also put together hampers that were delivered to Dalby Crisis Support Centre to help out family around the region so their Christmases could be a little easier.

Owner of Physical Fix Hamey Hayllor said each person was given a breakdown of the family their hamper was for.

"'Family with three kids and grandparents' so they had they had more directiong with their hampers,” Ms Hayllor said.

Gym manager said most of the scavenger hunt participants had been doing classes all year but some had joined in just for the fun week of training.

"We've thrown absolutely everything at them this week,” Ms Schultz said.

Ms Hayllor said the event could get very competitive but the 27 teams were able to donate 27 hampers to local families and finish the year on a high.
