Next year's program will mark the fourth year 'Tech Savy for Seniors' has been run at Western Downs Libraries.
Library Services Delivery Supervisor Shirley Venuto said participants of the programs had been very grateful for these opportunities and were really looking forward to more of these days at the library.
"One of our seniors, Heather, participated in these sessions and is now very confident to do all of her banking online which is really great to see.”
Council Spokesperson for Community and Cultural Development Councillor Kaye Maguire is excited to be offering bigger and better things for our seniors in 2019.
"We've had such great feedback about these sessions and our seniors are really keen to learn new skills and take this opportunity to learn how to easily connect and stay connected to their family and friends,” she said.
Participants of 'Tech Savy for Seniors' next year will be focusing on aspects of technology like Windows 10, Google Maps, podcasts and cyber safety.
