Slow cooked brisket, smokey bacon and fresh meat are the secrets ingredients that make Dalby’s best burger, as revealed by the Butcher’s Pantry Coffee and Takeaway.

Opening nearly two decades ago, the booming takeaway and coffee shop offers up delectable and convenient fast food, and dishes out fan favourites alongside some extravagant taste experiments.
Manager Sophie Lamb told the Dalby Herald it was “absolutely awesome” for the business to be awarded the crown for the area’s best burger.
“We do some pretty great burgers, and we offer a lot of variety compared to other places in town,” Ms Lamb said.
“Our pulled pork brisket which is slow cooked for 18 hours is very popular, as well as our Butcher’s Pantry burger.”
Ms Lamb said the shop’s burger menu had all of the fan favourites, with additional specials added over the years.
She personally loved the “parmi burger”, but said all of the burgers were “amazing”.
“I think the fresh meat from our butcher shop definitely helps, as well as our triple smoked bacon and homemade relish,” she said.
“Just having everything fresh makes all the difference.”
