A man is fighting for life with significant leg and arm injuries after he was hit by a truck at Molendinar on the Gold Coast.

A man has suffered significant leg and arm injuries after he was hit by a truck on the Gold Coast.

Paramedics were called to the incident off Herbertson Dr at Molendinar at 10.36am.

A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said the man has been taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
