Trial of Queensland mum ‘possessed by devil’ discharged
THE trial of a Brisbane stay-at-home mum who told police she was possessed by the devil when she twice tried to kill her baby has been discharged on the orders of the presiding judge.

THE trial of a Brisbane stay-at-home mum who told police she was possessed by the devil when she twice tried to kill her baby has been discharged on the orders of the presiding judge.
In the Supreme Court this morning Justice Glenn Martin ruled that he had decided to dismiss the jurors on the trials seventh day.
“It’s got nothing to do with you,” Justice Martin told the jury.
“You are now discharged,” he said.
