Mr Percival’s fire: CCTV captures person of interest

Police have released footage of a man they wish to speak to in relation to a fire at an overwater bar in Brisbane at the weekend.

POLICE have released CCTV footage of a man they wish to speak to in relation to a suspicious fire that damaged a Brisbane overwater bar last Saturday.

The ongoing investigation and CCTV footage indicate a man approached Mr Percival’s in the new Howard Smith Wharves precinct and threw items covered in an accelerant into the premises.

There was interior damage to the restaurant, but no structural damage.
