A BRISBANE criminal lawyer accused of laundering dirty cash and ripping off taxpayers has fathered a love child with the ex-fiancee of one of his clients, accused drug trafficker Ivan Tesic.

A BRISBANE criminal lawyer accused of laundering dirty cash and ripping off taxpayers has fathered a love child with his former client’s ex-fiancee.
Adam Magill, 47, from Tarragindi, has told The Courier-Mail he conceived a baby with bikini model and lads’ mag cover girl Natalie Lucas after she broke up with accused drug kingpin and former bikie associate Ivan Tesic.
The father-of-three was this week banned from contacting Tesic and 54 other witnesses as part of his bail conditions on charges of money laundering and defrauding Legal Aid.
Lucas, 28, told The Courier-Mail that Tesic, 45, had “threatened” Magill after she called off her engagement to Tesic when he was in prison on remand in 2014.
“Ivan thought that (my relationship with Magill) was going on beforehand,” Lucas said.
“Ivan went crazy … he threatened everyone ... they were towards Adam as well.”
She said her five-year romance with Tesic was “completely over” when she began dating Magill.
Magill told The Courier-Mail he had not spoken to Tesic since he acted as his lawyer for about a week when Tesic was charged with trafficking and possession of ice in 2014.
Magill said he dated Lucas for about 18 months, after being introduced to her by a fellow lawyer either at a birthday party or a social event in Brisbane.
Magill and Lucas’s daughter was born in 2016, and Magill said Lucas discovered she was pregnant after they had broken up and Magill had reconciled with his wife.
“I’ve been back with my wife for three years,” Magill said.
“We were broken up when I discovered she was pregnant.”
But Lucas said her daughter with Magill wasn’t an accident, as Magill had a reverse vasectomy during their relationship.
“Adam and I were living together for close to two years, we were in a relationship,” she said, adding that she had met Magill’s then ex-wife while dating Magill.
“The week I found out I was pregnant ... I had moved out (of the home she shared with Magill),” Lucas said.
Magill, a partner in law firm Lawler Magill, said he did not believe his previous relationship with South African-born Lucas is the reason he is banned from speaking to Tesic, who is awaiting trial for the 2014 drugs charges.
Magill described Lucas as a wonderful mother, and said he proudly paid maintenance at a rate much higher than mandatory, because he wanted to ensure a great life for his daughter.
Lucas, who has appeared in lads’ mags Maxim, FHM, Zoo and Ralph, has proudly posted photographs online of the now-two-year-old with Magill in his Brisbane CBD office, and of him celebrating her birthday.
According to his law firm’s website, Magill believes in forging relationships with clients to help them through the stress of criminal charges.
Tesic is set to face trial on the charges in Brisbane Supreme Court in February.
Prosecutors allege Tesic was the head of a drug ring that used mules to smuggle meth oil from Sydney to the Gold Coast and then to other dealers, hiding it in the secret compartment of a Holden ute.
When Tesic was charged with drug trafficking in 2014, he was living in a $1.7 million Isle of Capri mansion with Lucas, and police alleged he was linked with several bikie gangs including the Finks, Rebels and Hells Angels.
Lucas, then known as Natalie Charalambous, was engaged to marry Tesic, and she stood by her man, going to the airport when Tesic was extradited to Queensland in April 2014, and appearing in the court’s public gallery wearing a large diamond engagement ring when he applied for bail in September 2014.
Within days she had returned the ring to Tesic’s family and called off the engagement in a letter sent to prison, she said.
