IF THE gift is in the giving, yourtown is giving it all with its first yourtown prize home since changing its name from BoysTown.

The $2.18 million Sunshine Coast prize does not disappoint, and yourtown continues to produce dream prize homes.

The three-storey Alexandra Headland home encapsulates the ultimate beach lifestyle, with open-plan living - including a three-storey window wall, spacious high ceilings and ocean views, all only a short walk from the beach.

Reflecting the coastal ambience, the architect-designed home makes living a breeze by providing a spacious and relaxed atmosphere with four bedrooms, three bathrooms - including a spa bath - a soundproof media room, pool, four-car garage, blackbutt timber floors and a lift.

The yourtown prize home also includes $155,285 of furniture and electrical items and a $1500 travel voucher from Flight Centre.

Yourtown chief executive officer Tracy Adams said money raised from prize homes was used in tackling the issues young people faced, including unemployment, family and domestic violence, and mental illness.

"With a new name and a new home, yourtown looks forward to continuing to work with young people to find solutions that will help them find their place," Ms Adams said.

"The money raised from the prize homes is vital to continuing this support," she said.

"When you purchase a prize home ticket you not only have the chance to change your own life but you also help change the lives of others. You give young people choices, support and someone to listen."

Tickets are $15 from http://www.yourtown.com.au/lot until April 13. The winner will be drawn on April 15.

Inspect the home at 2/40 George St, Alexandra Headland.
