The teenager provided a reason to police as to why he had abused an automated teller machine, which caused a ruckus at a Dalby shopping centre.
Police attended a residence in relation to another matter, where it’s alleged the teenager began to hurl abuse at officers.
Police intercepted the young man after he was observed travelling more than 50km/h over the speed limit just outside Dalby.
