Young man dies in single-vehicle crash in Southwest Queensland
Police have appealed for witnesses to come forward after a man’s body was found about 30 hours after he crashed along a remote stretch of road.

An interstate worker has died as result of injuries suffered when his vehicle rolled in a remote pocket of southwest Queensland.
The initial police report states the 21-year-old man was travelling west along Diamantina Developmental Road about 10km east of Cooladdi, when his gold-coloured 2008 Toyota HiLux left the road and rolled a number of times early Saturday morning.
He was from Victoria but was living and working in Augathella.
A passing motorist raised the alarm about 3pm on Sunday.
Witnesses, including passing motorists who may have seen the vehicle travelling in the area between 8pm Saturday May 13 and 3pm Sunday May 14 are urged to come forward.
The Forensic Crash Unit investigations are continuing.
