A woman has been injured after a car towing a caravan rolled off a rural highway.

Emergency services were called to the scene of the incident about 12.11pm on Wednesday, a Queensland Police Service spokesman said.

A car towing a caravan had rolled off the Mitchell Highway, about 15km north of the rural town of Wyandra.

A man declined to be taken to hospital, a Queensland Ambulance Service spokesman said, and a woman was taken to Charleville Hospital in a stable condition with left arm pain.

A Queensland Fire Department spokesman said neither were entrapped after the vehicle rolled.

The highway did not need to be closed, the QPS spokesman said.
