WET weather forced a change of plans last night but nothing could stop the 19 young men and women of Monto State High School's Year 12 class, who ended their school years in style at the 2019 Formal.
Attendees were originally being dropped off at Memorial Park, but once the sky opened up, the party moved across the road to the Shire Hall, where they celebrated long into the night.
