Cricket: Coalstoun Lakes State School students are participating in weekly lessons over six weeks conducted by Kim McPherson, a Queensland Cricket community cricket officer based in Bundaberg thanks to a sporting schools grant.

Students are enjoying the lessons and were happy to receive a Brisbane Heat bag with goodies.

Also through the grant there will be no charge to students attending school swimming at the Biggenden Pool.

The school has also been able to purchase swimming resources to assist swimming development and water confidence for the students.
