SHERYL Barker is fund-raising for Life Flight by throwing a good old fashioned Australian bush-bash at the Monogorilby Hall.

The Camp Oven Comedy and Music Muster day (with a country focus) kicks off at 10am on Saturday, April 20.

There will be a range of Aussie musicians and comedians there for entertainment.

If you think you've got a knack for music or telling yarns then you'd better prepare for the walk-up segment.

Everyone is welcome as long as they're willing to give it a red hot go.

Ranger Nick has got you covered for bush tucker.

There's going to be fresh damper cooked on site for your afternoon tea, a sausage sizzle with hot chips from noon-1pm, and a pig on the spit for tea.

If you're chasing dessert bring along a gold coin for some home-made goodies.

The licensed bar will also be open from noon.

Tickets are $35 and there won't be any eftpos available on the day. This covers your feed, camping and the entertainment.

"I can assure everyone that it is, indeed, not to be missed with superb food and entertainment equal to anything costing an arm and a leg in the city,” said event organiser Sheryl Barker.

There is plenty of room to camp, so bring your swags and utes.

There will also be a cooked breakfast from 7.30am on Sunday for $10 a head.

Tickets must be booked by April 10.

Call Sheryl Barker on 07 4165 8121 or email campover@outlook.com to book.

The line-up:

Alec Beckett (Bush Balladeer to Contemporary Country singer), Peter Campbell (singer, songwriter, bass player/guitarist ), Amber Goldsmith (provides entertainment with her own twist on country songs), Trevor Stewart (a one man band who sings, tells yarns/jokes, yodels), Chris Callaghan (Aussie singer, songwriter, entertainer with an extensive and successful history in the Australian country music industry), Jack Viljoen (sings poetic Afrikaans songs), Clarrie Weller, Paul Fleming, John and Jan Bidgood, Suzanne Honour, Graham Parfitt, C&CBalladeers, Alice Benfer, plus more will be on stage. Walk-up entertainers are always welcome as they bring that element of surprise.
