Louisa Bambling has seen incredible growth in the market since moving to Monto three years ago, and now she’s helping to continue that growth.

Louisa is devoted to giving exceptional customer service and getting outstanding results for her clients.

Louisa prides herself on being able to deliver the most effective and progressive marketing available.

Starting off her career in administration and property management, Louisa quickly worked her way up and she ha smashed goals every step of the way.

“Once I started in the industry, I enjoyed the variety of work and meeting new clients and helping them realise their dreams,” she said.

“I have sold more property in the past 12 months than any other agent in the North Burnett – and more property that any single agent in a 12-month period in Monto’s written history,” she told us.

With market heating up, Louisa had some advice for both buyers and sellers looking to make the right call.

“We are definitely in a sellers’ market at the moment, but the biggest opportunity for buyers is still the affordability,” she said.

“Even with the market increasing considerably over the past two years, buyers are still finding it affordable to buy in our region and it’s especially great to see home buyers being able to buy their first home at retirement age.”

Since becoming a fully licensed real estate agent in December last year, Across Country Real Estate’s 18-year-old young gun has already sold or put under contract over 15 properties

“Growing up in the Murgon region, I have developed a passion for land, people, and most of all real estate,” Jamie said.

“Two days after leaving school I started at Across Country Real Estate in administration, I knew straight away real estate is where I wanted to be.

“Since then I have completed my full real estate licence, Certificate III in Business Administration, and currently studying to be an auctioneer.”

“I am so grateful to be able to experience this crazy market we are living in. Knowledgeable agents with over 30 years’ experience are informing me this is the best they have seen it,” she said.

The budding real estate agent said the property market across Australia has certainly showed its strengths in 2021 as house and property prices surged and advises both buyers and sellers is to create a plan.

“Don’t make short-term decisions, focus on the bigger picture, try not to get caught up in the hype of the current market,” Jamie said.

“First home buyers, young ones trying to invest it’s tough – I hear you. Save, save, save, it is the most important step of all.

“Keep going, your hard work and dedication will pay off.”

Grant Spring joined Faunt and Emmett over two years ago from a background in the asphalt and sales industries.

With a natural passion for people and property, Grant took to real estate like a fish to water and prides himself on his ability to bring a great outcome to his clients.

“I enjoy playing a part in helping buyers achieve their dreams of owning a home and find such a rush in achieving great outcomes for a seller,” Grant said.

“There is a great satisfaction in seeing people's faces when they find the right home for their families, helping a young couple purchase their first home, or watching an investor build their portfolio and pave their road to a successful future.”

“Houses are where memories are solidified. Everyone remembers the house they grew up in or completed important life goals in.

“Being able to facilitate this important part of life means a lot to me.”

Having spent a good part of his life in blue collar work and travelling around the country meeting new people regularly, Grant is a self-proclaimed people-person.

“I believe this has allowed me to connect with many types of people and understand the needs of those I work for,” he said.

“I have an empathetic nature that lends itself to listening and understanding people and I pride myself on the fact that I can step outside of the typical role of a sales agent and see what is important to people and respect what a big decision it is to sell or buy a home.”

Grant said the current market is one the South Burnett hasn’t seen in a long time.

“The market conditions have made it an ultimate time to sell, which is bringing an abundance of buyers to the region,” he said.

“Sellers are seeing rapid turnaround time from listing to selling and buyers are entering into investment and ownership opportunities that have not been available for quite a number of years.”

Aaron Randell – Aussie Land and Livestock

Originally from South Australia, Aaron spent his teenage years growing up on the Western Downs where his family owned a cattle and cropping property, before jetting off for an incredible opportunity.

“I spent two years working on a ranch in the USA and upon returning relocated to Nanango,” Aaron said.

“I’ve been working for Aussie Land and Livestock for the past few years, starting as a livestock hand in the saleyards and progressing into a role as a real estate and livestock agent.”

The young gun said a real estate agent role goes hand-in-hand with a livestock agent.

“I really enjoy working with people in my role as a livestock agent and I feel like I can read people well – a fitting skill of a real estate agent,” he said.

With an extensive background in agriculture, Aaron stands out in his field.

“At just 24 years of age, I’ve had extensive experience in the agricultural industry here and overseas, giving me a firm foundation to be a successful agent in the real estate and livestock sector,” he said.

When it came to opportunities, Aaron pointed to one thing – interest rates.

“Low interest rates are providing a wonderful opportunity for buyers to purchase property as well as giving vendors the means to expand or improve their current holdings,” he said.

Growing up on a cherry orchid outside Orange, NSW, Storm spent most of her life south of the border, before moving to the Gold Coast.

But it wasn't long before she was on the move to the Burnett in 2017.

“I hated the hustle and bustle of city life and longed to be living in the country again,” Storm said.

She quickly moved into the real estate industry, starting as an Routine Inspections Officer in 2020, but it wasn’t long before she jumped into sales.

“ I have been in sales for almost eight months now. I love the challenge, the growth and the rewarding feeling that comes with selling my clients’ properties,” she said.

Storm had always talked about becoming a real estate agent with property always an obsession.

“I wanted to become a real estate agent because I love houses,” she said.

“I wanted to share my love of houses with buyers looking to purchase their forever homes and to help my vendors sell their much-loved properties.”

She said her background managing property, her bubbly personality and the energy she puts into finding her clients the perfect property made her stand out from the crowd.

When asked what opportunities there were for buyers and sellers in the region, she had two points.

“(Sellers) have more buyers wanting to purchase their properties so do not have to accept lower offers than they would like, also their properties are selling quickly because the market is so hot,” she said.

“(For buyers) the interest rates are lower, lockdowns have given the opportunity to save more, the rental crisis has made buyers want the security of living in their own home instead of being scared their rental will sell and possibly ending up homeless.”

Real estate runs in the blood for Ethan, with the goal driven young man who is setting his sights on becoming a successful real estate agent in the local family business Troy Schultz @realty.

Growing up around the industry, it was no surprise when he went out at 18 and got his Real Estate Salesperson Certificate.

“From a young age I would attend open homes with my dad who is an Agent and hand out flyers, watch my dad conduct property auctions and go out on sign runs and install the under contract and sold stickers,” Ethan said.

“I enjoy challenges. I am a people person who enjoys the opportunity to help clients achieve a positive, stress-free outcome and this is why I believe I can have a successful career in the real estate industry.”

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, strong negotiation skills and the desire to go above and beyond is what will make Ethan standout from most other agents.

“Plus I just love helping people,” he said.

When it came to advice for buyers and sellers, Ethan kept it simple.

“For buyers, I believe (the best opportunity) is securing the future, buying a home, making memories and creating a lifestyle,” he said.

“For sellers, it's simple. It is the best opportunity for years to maximise your investment and use any windfall to move forward and prosper.”
