GAYNDAH'S RSL Indoor Bowls held their annual Club Championships last Thursday night and Beryl Palmer was blown away when she realised she cleaned up.
Palmer won the Club Consistency Consolation, Consistency Bowler of the Year, Open Bowler of the Year as well as the raffle.
"It was very unexpected, I was so surprised and excited,” Palmer said
"I knew I was getting the consistency consolation but I had no idea I was getting the other two awards.
"The person who does the books was the only one who knew and I'd been away travelling a it so I didn't think I would win.”
Trophies were presented at the Golden Orange Hotel after the indoor bowlers enjoyed a dinner.
"We had a great meal and great service too, the night was very enjoyable,” Palmer said.
"We liked to have the championships to recognise the bowlers efforts throughout the year and it's something different.”
