Two people have been injured in a single-car crash northwest of Bundaberg.

Queensland Fire Department were called to the incident in Rosedale about 11.30am on Thursday to reports a car had crashed into a tree.

The QFD spokesman confirmed the car was carrying two occupants—a man and a woman—both in their 80s.

Paramedics assessed the pair, who were found to be stable and without visible injuries.

They are expected to be transported to Bundaberg Hospital as a precaution.

Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
