Six accused from $68.5m Rosedale drug bust face Bundaberg court in January
The Vietnamese nationals arrested following the police raid of a $68.5m drug farm are set to face court in the new year.

The last of those arrested on Tuesday at a $68.5 million drug farm in Rosedale has appeared in the court, with their matter adjourned to January.
A Legal Aid barrister appeared for Anh Tien Tran, 27, in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Friday, telling the court Mr Tran was in the process of obtaining legal representation.
Mr Tran’s matter was adjourned for a committal mention hearing in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on January 23, along with four of the other accused.
Trong Huu Bui, 28, Hoang Hai Ding, 33, Phuong Minh Le, 35, and Van Phuong Vo, 40 previously chose not to make a bail application and had their matter adjourned to January 23.
Tuan Minh Vu, 30, made a bail application in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Tuesday which was refused, and his matter was adjourned to a committal mention hearing in the same court on January 9, 2024.
The six men, all Vietnamese nationals, were charged in connection with the large-scale cannabis production facility in Rosedale, between Gladstone and Bundaberg, where a total of 13,670 cannabis plants were seized within 26 green houses.
All men have been charged with two counts of possessing anything for use in the commission of crime defined in part 2, one count of possessing dangerous drugs schedule 2 drug quantity of or exceeding schedule 3 and one count of producing dangerous drugs schedule 2 drug quantity of or exceeding schedule 3.
