Man hospitalised after crashing motorbike on Bruce Hwy, Isis River

A man has been taken to Bundaberg Hospital after a car and his motorbike collided on the Bruce Highway.

Drivers are being warned to expect delays on the Bruce Highway at Isis River following a motorbike and car crash near Ross Camp Road left a man with significant injuries.

Police said the crash happened around 11.25am when a motorbike rider collided with the back of a vehicle on the Highway.

No lanes were closed but that traffic control was in place.

A Queensland Ambulance Service spokeswoman said the motorbike rider was assessed and was taken to Bundaberg Hospital in stable condition with “significant leg injuries”.

Anyone with information on the crash are urged to contact the police.
