Kaiden Thomas Jim Bell in Bundaberg Magistrates Court over Bundaberg crash

A Bundaberg man facing a string of charges, including one of dangerous driving causing grievous bodily harm, has had his case mentioned in Bundaberg Magistrates Court.

A man charged over a Wyper Street crash that resulted in injury to both himself and another man has had his case adjourned in court.

Appearing in Bundaberg Magistrates Court on Thursday, Kaiden Thomas Jim Bell is facing a number of charges relating to the single-vehicle crash at South Bundaberg on September 11 last year.

Bell is facing one charge of driving under the influence and one of dangerous operation of motor vehicle causing grievous bodily harm.

He is further charged with one count of possessing drug utensils and two counts of possessing dangerous drugs.

Bell will also face a charge of unlawful possession of a controlled drug and contravening the direction of police.

Magistrate Andrew Moloney withdrew a warrant that had been issued for Bell on October 1 and granted him bail until his next mention on November 11, 2021.
