Bundaberg police confirm missing woman Leanne Warr has been located

Police have confirmed that the missing Moore Park Beach woman has been found after calling for urgent public assistance.

Police have located Leanne Warr, the Moore Park Beach woman reported missing on Thursday, March 31.

A QPS spokesperson said on Thursday afternoonthat the woman has been located safe.

Police are not releasing further information at this time in order to protect the woman’s privacy.

Earlier, police sought urgent public assistance to locate a 54-year-old woman reported missing from Moore Park Beach Thursday morning, March 30.

Leanne Warr was last seen at a Bourbong St business at approximately 9.30am, and has not been seen or heard from since.

Police and family have serious concerns for her welfare as her disappearance is out of character.

She is described as caucasian in appearance, approximately 165cm tall with a heavy build, short brown hair and brown eyes.

Police are appealing to Leanne or anyone with information about her whereabouts to immediately contact police.
