It was a busy night for emergency services in Bundaberg with multiple accidents across town requiring several patients to be transported to hospital.

Ambulance services and local police were first called to the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Bundaberg West on the corner of Bingera Street and Woongarra Street at 6:12pm, Tuesday.

While police indicated there was no element of reckless driving in the accident, two stable patients were transported to the Bundaberg Hospital.

A short time later, emergency services were once again out the door, this time attending a single vehicle incident in Moore Park Beach at 6:55pm.

A Queensland Police spokesman said a car had driven into a ditch, with two stable patients transported to the Bundaberg Hospital.

It is unclear at this stage what caused the car to go off the road and into the ditch on Booyan Road.
