Quad bike rider seriously injured in Bundaberg crash
A quad bike rider aged in his 20s was airlifted to Brisbane following a serious crash at Delan, west of Bundaberg on Monday afternoon.

A man was airlifted in a critical condition from the scene of a crash involving a quad bike and a truck west of Bundaberg on Monday afternoon.
Initial reports indicated a man aged in his 20s suffered serious injuries to his leg and spine, sparking a rescue operation.
A police spokesperson said emergency services were called to the scene after the crash occurred at Hand Court, Delan, at 1.43pm.
The Bundaberg LifeFlight helicopter was tasked at 1.50pm to a stretch of road in Delan, 30 minutes west of Bundaberg.
The crew landed on a roadside near the scene where emergency services were in attendance.
A media release from LifeFlight said emergency services worked together to treat the man for a fractured leg and suspected spinal injuries.
He was flown to Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital in a life-threatening condition.
