An Eidsvold West woman in her 30s had to be taken to hospital following a snake bite on Saturday.

In a statement, the Queensland Ambulance Service said paramedics tended to a woman in her 30s who reported a snake bite to the foot at a private residence at 10.55pm.
The patient was treated at scene and transported by rescue helicopter in a stable condition to Bundaberg Hospital.
