An exciting new development in the heart of Bundaberg is promising to bring new business opportunities to the region.
The project, a new office development at 14 McLean St, Bundaberg Central, includes two modern tenancies, each spanning 149.5 sqm of floor space, including back-of-house facilities such as staffrooms, toilets, and storage areas.
Externally, the development includes a car park with six spaces, one of which is designated for people with disabilities.
The car park design incorporates a 6.2-metre-wide manoeuvring aisle and a dedicated area for waste storage.
These practical features, coupled with the landscaping, ensure the site blends functionality with visual amenity.
The design maximises the site’s potential with a 2.3-metre setback from McLean Street and landscaping to enhance street appeal, including greenery in front of the building and a shade tree near the car park.
The car park will provide six spaces, including one for people with disabilities.
Pre Lodgement consultations with Bundaberg Regional Council ensured the design met planning requirements, including parking and boundary setbacks.
With infrastructure costs settled at $28,244.64, the development is ready to move forward.
This project by Flametree Developments Pty Ltd is expected to enhance Bundaberg Central’s commercial landscape, offering new, well-equipped office spaces for local businesses.
