Mad Cow Creations stall owner Lawrie Brown said Bundaberg residents were a pleasure to deal with.
“The people here are very pleasant,” he said.
“Bundaberg people are very creative and I’m positive we will be back.”
Jagwater Toys owner Fay Chidley is at the Bundaberg Show for the fifth time and said it was always a lot of fun.
“It’s always a good crowd in Bundy,” Mrs Chidley said.
“We are originally from Apple Tree Creek so it’s good to come back.”
Mrs Chidley said the financial crisis was a blow to the show workers.
“People are usually bigger spenders,” she said.
“Some people find it a bit harder to let go of their money these days but the crowds always come and have a look.”
Show Bag Warehouse stallholder Zoe Gilmore said the Bundaberg Show had changed since her first time five years ago.
“It’s more about all the entertainment now, rather than just rides and games which is good,” she said.
“People also tend to buy more lolly showbags rather than novelty ones.”
Ms Gilmore said Bundaberg showgoers were an excitable bunch.
“The crowds here are really nice and friendly,” she said.
“It’s a nice atmosphere at the Bundy show.”
Bundaberg’s Tamika Pashley is working at the show for the second time.
“I just came on down and got a job working at the laughing clowns for a few days,” she said.
“Bundy gets really excited about the show. They love the rides and games.”
