Brisbane trains: All trains delayed by signal fault at Bowen Hills
UPDATE: All Brisbane city trains experienced delays of up to 20 minutes this morning, after an earlier signal fault that has now been fixed. Trains were back to normal by this afternoon.

ALL Brisbane city trains experienced delays of up to 20 minutes this morning, after an earlier signal fault that has now been fixed. Trains were back to normal by this afternoon.
EARLIER: A signal fault at Bowen Hills train station has been fixed but commuters are facing residual delays of up to 20 minutes in both directions.
The signal fault has led to congestion at Roma St because of the redirected trains.
Some trains are being diverted to Milton and then back through the city.

Earlier: Commuters are facing delays of up to 30 minutes this morning following a signal fault at Bowen Hills train station.
Trains in both directions have been affected and include those on the airport, Beenleigh, Caboolture, Cleveland, Doomben, Ferny Grove, Gold Coast Ipswich, Shorncliffe, Springfield and Sunshine Coast lines.
A Translink spokesman said the fault was reported about 7am.
Technicians are onsite trying to fix the problem, but workers are still facing up to 30-minute delays on their morning commute.
Some inbound trains may be rerouted through the Exhibition loop, taking them from Albion direct to Roma St and back through the city.
