A signal fault that caused delays on most Brisbane train lines has been resolved.
Residual delays persisted on the Cleveland, Caboolture, Doomben, Sunshine Coast, Springfield and Ipswich/Rosewood lines as services were returning to normal just before 1.30pm, but TransLink has since reported services are back on schedule.
The signalling issue caused 45-minute delays on the Sunshine Coast and northern Brisbane lines from about 12pm.
Earlier delays were caused by a signalling issue at Bowens Hills station
