Dayne Zorko’s son Louis has embodied the emotion every footy fan has felt sitting in front of the TV watching their favourite team lose.
The Brisbane Lions captain shared an adorable video to Instagram on Wednesday showing his four-year-old son sobbing with his arms folded across his Lions jersey in front of the TV.
Louis – who was wearing a jersey with his dad’s name and number on it – was reacting to one of Zorko’s missed attempts at goal during the Lions loss to Richmond on Tuesday night.
In the video, Louis’ mum Kalinda Salla consoles her son after asking him, “did he miss?”, propting Louis to shrug his head and cry.
“When Dad can’t kick straight for goal,” Zorko captioned the post.

Despite the loss, the Lions sit second on the AFL Premiership ladder behind Port Adelaide.
Louis is a fixture in the crowd at the Gabba watching his dad play, but was watching from home for the Richmond game at Metricon Stadium.
In June, Zorko spoke of his son’s excitement at the resumption of the AFL season.
“He’s excited that footy is back. When he found out that we were playing Fremantle, he went through all the footy cards to find the Dockers players and did all the match-ups,” he said.
