The faces of Qld's 2020 road toll

Traffic has eased in Brisbane’s south after the morning commute was delayed by up to an hour following multiple crashes on the Pacific Motorway.

A vehicle and motorcycle crash at Greenslopes pushed traffic all the way back to Macgregor just before Garden City about 7.30 am.

The motorbike rider was transported in a stable condition to the Princess Alexandra Hospital following the incident.

Meanwhile, a multi-vehicle crash at Underwood caused a traffic slowdown all the way back to Loganholme.

No injuries were reported.

The RACQ advised motorists travelling along the northbound lanes of the Pacific Motorway they could expect peak-hour delays of over an hour.

Heavy traffic congestion was also reported on the Centenary Highway near Jindalee and Shafston Avenue before 8 am but has since cleared.
