Boy killed in motorbike crash on farm near Kingaroy

Police are investigating after an eight-year-old boy was killed when the motorbike he was riding crashed into a tree on a farm near Kingaroy, northwest of Brisbane.

An eight-year-old boy has died in a motorbike crash on private property near Kingaroy.

AN EIGHT-year-old boy has died after the motorbike he was riding crashed into a tree near Kingaroy yesterday.

Emergency services and the Toowoomba-based RACQ LifeFlight helicopter were called to the Wattle Camp property about 5pm on Monday.

The boy sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.

Police are investigating and will prepare a report for the coroner.
