An Extra 370 Police Officers For Queensland 28/03/2022

An extra 370 police officers are expected to hit the streets in the next financial year in a major recruitment ramp up by the Queensland Police Service.

Doctors are claiming the critical shortage of GPs in Queensland is being fuelled by a lack of maternity and paternity leave for general practitioner registrars.
