Auction volumes are high today with 95 properties going under the hammer across Greater Brisbane. Public Trustee auctions are in the mix again so look out for some large crowds around Hendra and Albion this afternoon.

Auction clearance rates remained high last week at 75 per cent with strong bidder numbers and house price data from CoreLogic shows median house prices across the River City have increased 6.3 per cent to an all-time high of $657,551 for the June quarter.
