A 29-year-old man has died at the scene of a workplace incident at an Erskine Park warehouse in western Sydney.

A man has died following a workplace incident at a warehouse in Sydney’s west on Tuesday morning.
Emergency services were called to the warehouse on Grady Crescent in Erskine Park shortly before 8.30am following reports of a serious workplace incident.
Police attended the scene alongside paramedics, who treated a 29-year-old man.
Despite their efforts, he died at the scene.
He is yet to be formally identified.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation into the incident has commenced.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner and the incident has been referred to SafeWork NSW.
