Police have launched an investigation after a man was found with multiple stab wounds in Yagoona on Sunday night, following what officers believe was a targeted attack by a group of up to 10 males.

A 21-year-old man is in hospital after he was allegedly stabbed in a targeted group attack in Sydney’s south west on Sunday night.
Emergency services were called to Auburn St in Yagoona shortly before 8.10pm following reports a man had been found with stab wounds.
Officers arrived to find the man suffering from three stab wounds to his right thigh.
Police rendered first aid before paramedics arrived and took the man to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition.
Initial inquiries suggest the man had been assaulted by a group of about 10 males in a park on Nobbs Rd in Yagoona, before fleeing across the nearby rail corridor to Auburn St where he was found.
Police established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the incident, which is believed to be a targeted attack.
