Rodger Tell, 19, has been charged with six offences, including:
• Possess unauthorised pistol
• Face blackened/disguised with intent to commit indictable offence
• Acquire etc firearm – subject to prohibition order
• Passenger not disclose driver’s/other passenger’s identity
• Be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner, and
• Enter inclosed land (not presc premises) without lawful excuse.
Magdy Hassan, 20, has been charged with eight offences, including
• Possess unauthorised pistol
• Police pursuit – not stop – drive dangerously
• Not give particulars to other driver
• Unlawfully possess thing resembles etc number plate
• Not comply P2 licence condition not display P plates
• Face blackened/disguised with intent to commit indictable offence
• Drive conveyance taken without consent of owner, and
• Driver not disclose identity of driver/passenger as required
Kabu Bringi, 22, has been charged with three offences, including
• Possess unauthorised pistol
• Be carried in conveyance taken without consent of owner
• Passenger not disclose driver’s/other passenger’s
Inquiries are continuing into the whereabouts of the fourth man, with Raptor Squad officers assisting.
