NT Police have charged a man several weeks after he allegedly stabbed his partner multiple times at an Alice Springs service station.

NT Police have arrested a man several weeks after he allegedly stabbed his partner multiple times outside of an Alice Springs service station.
The 32-year-old allegedly stabbed his partner with an edged weapon on Gap Rd about 4.43am on June 21.
The alleged offender fled before police arrived while the victim got in another car, however the offending was caught on CCTV.
The man was arrested in the Alice Springs CBD without incident by general duties members about 9:35am on Thursday.
He was charged with recklessly endanger serious harm and going armed with an offensive weapon, and has since been remanded to appear in Alice Springs Local Court on Friday.
Police said the woman was found safe, and investigations are ongoing.
