Alice Springs crime: Woman indecently assaulted, disabled man assaulted in Kilgariff home invasion
A man is awaiting charges after being arrested in connection to a home invasion south of Alice Springs, where a woman woke up while she was being indecently assaulted – and a disabled man was also assaulted.

A woman has woken to a man allegedly indecently assaulting her in her home south of Alice Springs – moments after a disabled man was also assaulted, Northern Territory police say.
In a statement, police said the woman was indecently assaulted while she slept in her Kilgariff home on Monday morning.
The woman woke and screamed, police said, causing the perpetrator to flee.
The indecent assault was part of a home invasion in the Alice Springs suburb, police said, during which a disabled man was also assaulted.
Police have accused a 24-year-old man of breaking into the home at just after 6am Monday morning, before both alleged assaults taking place.
He was arrested in connection to both alleged assaults and the break-in on Ken Little Dr, police said.
Police said he was yet to be charged, while investigations into what happened were ongoing.
