DREAMWORLD has celebrated a very special birthday as tigers Adira and Akasha turned three last week.
The sisters joined Dreamworld’s tiger family in November 2015, and were first introduced to the public at just six weeks old.
Though they then weighed only 5kg, they now tip the scales at a whopping 125kg each.
The sisters spent their birthday the way we all want to - relaxing in the sun, splashing in the pool and cosying up with their favourite handlers and tiger family.
Dreamworld’s tiger precinct is currently home to 10 tigers and helps educate visitors on conservation of the critically endangered animals.
The Dreamworld Wildlife Foundation has raised
