A TOOWOOMBA aged care facility is set to undergo a seven-figure refurbishment, according to an online listing.
Blue Care's project on 256 Stenner St is currently looking to spend "$2-3 million" for a fresh lick of paint on three stages of the project, though works on the 16-room fourth stage would be optional.
In total, Blue Care is looking to upgrade 48 rooms at the facility in Centenary Heights.
The scope of the refurbishment is set to include every single room and common area.
Quotes are being sought for a number of works including flooring painting, demolition and electrical services.
The facility offers rooms for lumps sums ranging from $399,000 to $420,000, according to Blue Care's website.
