Man busted masturbating for hours at Toowoomba park
Members of the Toowoomba community and a council worker were subjected to an appalling sight after the Laurel Bank Park masturbator returned to the public place to commit another indecent act.

Less than six months after a regional Queensland vagabond was caught masturbating at a Toowoomba park, the man returned to the public place and again committed the gross act.
However, this time, Bryson James Smith committed the indecent act for hours on end.
The 27-year-old man, who suffers from mental health issues, appeared at the Toowoomba Magistrates Court via the watch house, on Thursday, March 28.
A day prior, Smith was arrested after he failed to appear at court while on bail for the offences.
The court heard on February 27, Smith went to Laurel Bank Park in Toowoomba City about 6am, and he did not leave the park until after 9am.
Police prosecutor Natalie Bugden said Smith was in the disabled cubical for hours and did not lock the door, thus subjecting a number of people to the indecent act.
She said hours after a woman walked in on Smith masturbating, a council cleaner knocked on the door to announce herself, however once she opened the door, he continued to gratify himself while making eye contact with her.
The cleaner called police, however in the meantime a disability worker caring for a special needs child also walked in on Smith, who soon after fled from police through the CBD.
The court heard police later located Smith outside the Grand Central Shopping Centre, and he told officers he went to the park because he was horny and wanted “to have a pull”.
He was high on meth at the time.
The court heard Smith was also charged with stealing two chocolate-flavoured milks on two different occasions in early March.
Smith pleaded guilty to committing an indecent act in public, stealing, and failing to appear in court and was sentenced to a six-month probation order.
