The Cremorne harbourfront residence intended by Karl Stefanovic and Cassandra Thorburn as their dream home has been officially offered for sale.
The listing comes six days after The Sunday Telegraph revealed the home was being prepped for spring listing.
Offers are being sought at $9 million plus for the austere ultra-contemporary three storey residence.
The Sunday Telegraph’s Sydney Confidential reported the warring couple will split any profit.
The listing offers few familial insights, although there’s a personalised cushion on the family room couch with a pug, possibly Ponyo which Thorburn and the children purchased as a puppy when Karl moved out.
There appear to be only a few pieces of furniture kept from the couple’s Lindfield days, including a set of table lamps and bright yellow cushions on the balcony seating.
The Cremorne property is officially held in the name of Thorburn after their split almost three years ago.

There is also an inclination down to the waterfront facilities with a boat shed.
