A woman‘s body has been pulled from a popular Gold Coast swimming spot in Labrador.

At 11.20am on Thursday a member of the public discovered the deceased person near Marine Pde on the Broadwater at Ian Dipple Lagoon.

The area is known as a popular family swimming spot.

The death is being treated as non-suspicious.

Investigations are ongoing.
