Jessika Power talks life as an influencer

The Glitter Strip is known for its wild nights, raucous parties and raging night-life.

At the centre of the Coast’s glamorous party scene are several key figures – from adult entertainers, to Instagrammers and OnlyFans stars.

Here are the Gold Coast’s glam party girls and their wild exploits.

Jessika Power

This Gold Coast-based reality TV star is often photographed at the biggest events and parties on the Glitter Strip.

Last year, she hit back at critics who called her an “entitled b—ch” and revealed how she was able to leave Perth hotel quarantine after three days.

Ex-Married At First Sight contestant Jessika Power copped flack online for complaining about “inhumane” conditions of hotel quarantine.

“I wasn’t brought up in a war-torn country, of course my empathy levels and how I’m used to being treated is going to be different,” Ms Power said on her Instagram.

“They’ve been brought up with it their entire life, they’re able to cope better with it.”

The MAFS star hit back after fans accused her of whingeing about something so trivial.

“I’m not this entitled b —ch everyone is saying I am,” the 28-year-old influencer told the Bulletin.

“How am I entitled by wanting fresh air? I’m sorry, but isn’t that a basic human need?

“Am I entitled for complaining about food that I paid for that is cold?

“People just love to have an opinion about anything I do.”

This Instagram influencer is currently pregnant with her child to fiance Matt Poole.

But Tammy Hembrow was once known for attending the hottest celebrity parties.

In 2018, she made headlines after collapsing at Kylie Jenner’s 21st birthday party.

She was photographed being carried out of the soiree and lying face down on a stretcher.

The then 24 year old took to YouTube to explain what happened and admitted she was “super embarrassed about it”.

“So yeah I pretty much collapsed,” the influencer said.

“I was running off pretty much 30 hours of no sleep.

“I was struggling to stay awake even when I was getting my hair and make-up done … I probably definitely shouldn’t have been drinking because of how jet-lagged I was, how exhausted I was and I already wasn’t feeling well at all.”

This glam Instagram influencer uses her account to peddle anti-vaccine and Covid conspiracy messages.

The young influencer has almost 82,000 followers on Instagram and uses the platform to grind her axe about the pandemic.

“This is why I would rather die than get that poison injected into me,” she wrote alongside one picture of vaccine misinformation, while in another she wrote, “Covid-19 = false news. NEXTTTTT”.

She also praised the “smart” European nation of Denmark for ending its lockdown and removing the need for a so-called vaccine “passport”.

A strip club operating company of Ultra Tune multi-millionaire Sean Buckley is no longer trying to bankrupt this former dancer for not repaying a $14,000 boob job loan.

Ex-Gold Coast stripper Haylee Baxter was “shocked” when receiving bankruptcy proceedings last year from NRA Enterprises.

Mr Buckley is a director of NRA which runs Surfers Paradise strip club Toybox Showgirls. NRA loaned Ms Baxter the money for breast surgery in 2019, to be repaid at $390 a month.

The bankruptcy proceedings were withdrawn, with lawyer Ian Hone, speaking on Mr Buckley’s behalf, telling the Bulletin last year: “The proceedings are resolved.”

He declined to say how they had been resolved or why.

Ms Baxter – who has said she wished she’d never had the surgery and “liked my old ones better” – declined to comment.

She had planned to challenge the bankruptcy, using a letter to her dated October 2019 from then-NRA director Jimmy Seoud that waived her $390-a-month repayments.

Mr Seoud said: “I’m just happy for Haylee it’s over.”

Renee Gracie

This controversial former Supercars driver retired from the sport in 2017 due to a lack of funding and joined adult subscription platform OnlyFans.

Renee Gracie has had a turbulent relationship with Instagram, after her account was removed at 700,000 followers due to inappropriate content.

She owns her own studio to offer support for people who are wishing to create content, poses or planning content.

Renee also runs her own podcast called Breastmilk and BJs where Renee and her friend “talk s*** on a podcast”.

This former Love Island Australia contestant has been recently spotted at many Gold Coast social events, including the opening of Cali Beach Club and the reopening of Surfers Paradise’s Beergarden.

As an events management student, Shelby Bilby appeared on the first season of the hit reality TV dating show with the tagline: “People think that I’m a dumb bogan but I’m actually quite smart.”

She used to date Harry Bink, who is mates with Gold Coast party boy Shammi Prasad.
