Four charges have been dropped against a Mongols bikie accused of instigating an attack on a man outside a Helensvale gym.
Harley Barbaro had his case mentioned in the Southport Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
One charge of serious assault of a police officer, two counts of breach of bail conditions and one count of wilfully making unnecessary noise or smoke were dismissed.
Barbaro is facing another 15 charges, including assault occasioning bodily harm, obstructing a police officer and driving without a licence.
These matters were adjourned until August 9 for mention in the Southport Magistrates Court.
In April, four breach-of-bail charges against Barbaro were dropped.
The court was told those charges were dismissed because a notice to appear was not issued to Barbaro, as is legally required.
He is in custody for allegedly being the “instigator” of an attack outside a Helensvale gym in broad daylight at the end of February.
